A 2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM HOUSE WITH A LARGE FURNISHED PRIVATE UPSTAIRS TERRACE AND DOWNSTAIRS PATIO.
This quality 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Town house is in a delightful position overlooking a garden area and a 33 metre pool. Just 50 metres away are 2 FREE tennis courts and the Golf course fairway.
Furnished to high standards, this is more a home than the normal holiday let.
Fully centrally heated for those chilly winter nights and air conditioning is in the lounge, with powerful ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The very large "PRIVATE" upstairs terrace, has a quality table and 4 chairs, a BBQ, 4 loungers and potted plants. Access is via the landing or the sliding patio doors from the delightful master bedroom with its king size bed.
The downstairs patio has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks the garden/pool area. Hedging provides an element of seclusion. Both areas have outside lighting.
All the furniture is quality solid wood and leather. A 32" LCD Flat Screen television and DVD are provided for those nights in.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, oven with grill and 4 ring ceramic hob, toaster, sandwich maker etc.
The resort has an 18 hole golf course and was designed by Jack Nicklaus.
THE PRESTIGIOUS LA TORRE IS A WALLED AND GATED RESORT, WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF FLOWERS, TREES, MANICURED LAWNS AND OVER 20 SWIMMING POOLS, CHILDREN'S PLAY AREAS, SPA SUPERMARKET, BARS, RESTAURANTS, MURPHY'S IRISH PUB WITH EVENING SPECIALS, ICE CREAM PARLOUR, PLUS A LOVELY CLUBHOUSE THAT SERVES TAPAS, DRINKS AND SNACKS INDOOR OR ON THE LOVELY TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE GOLF COURSE. IT REALLY IS DELIGHTFUL.

Additional Charges
A cost of 70 EUROS per stay is payable to cover washing, ironing and cleaning of the property. Security deposit of £100 required which is fully refunded after inspection at the end of the holiday.A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday.

My family and I had a relaxing two week holiday at your townhouse. It is in the best location on the resort overlooking the largest pool which we used most days with the fold-up sunbeds provided. We enjoyed a few games of tennis as the courts were beside the pool. As a family of four, it was great to have the use of all the facilities in the house and WiFi.
